   • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, for users accessing the Service from Ontario, Canada. For users accessing the Service from outside of Ontario, Canada, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of their respective jurisdictions, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the user's country, region, or in Ontario, Canada, depending on the user's location.
